I have been seeing Dr Feldman for many years. She is very knowledgeable, straight forward, and wants the best for her patients. I highly recommend

Im going to be very straight forward when i say she is an amazing Doctor, i went through at least 5 different doctors and dozens of medications and examinations until i found Dr Feldman who diagnosed me with P.A.N.D.A.S (A rare disorder as i was the 50th person diagnosed with it in the U.S) Again, i went almost 10 YEARS as a child without a correct diagnosis and was tossed between doctor to doctor and medicine to medicine until i found her and she correctly diagnosed me and gave me the help i needed! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend her to anyone and everyone!

I can tell why this office has such a low rating, I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient referred from another physician. The wording on the referral implies two separate appointments and apparently they want me to call my doctor back and sit on hold for 40 minutes just to clarify whether it should be one appointment or two. This is Ludacris and I will be calling my doctor and waiting on hold for that 40 minutes just so I can receive a referral to another physician to be seen. Front staff needs significant training on how to take incoming phone calls. Apparently she doesn't need any new patients it for her practice.

I saw her years ago and she was dismissive and negligent with me. I didn't know it was important that I had no right arm swing when I came to see her until I got my files from her office and saw that on a neuro exam, they have to check for right and left arm swing just like they have to check blood pressure in a normal physical. She marked mines as normal even though an abnormal arm swing is a primary indicator of a neurological condition. She blatantly ignored the fact that I didn't have a right arm swing. I was an athlete in my 20s and she put in my notes that I likely had somatoform disorder (a psychological condition). Turns out I had a rare neurological condition. She even advised the ER doctors that I was making it up while I was in the emergency room. Can you imagine hearing the doctors talk about how they think you're faking it and you're literally losing your physical independence and you only just begun your post-collegiate professional career? I don't know the process Dr. Feldman uses to determine who she's going to be thorough and caring with but I feel I didn't meet her criteria for her highest quality of care. I don't think she got to where she is by behaving that way with every person. It's been years but I still feel compelled to tell my story. I honestly hope she becomes a better doctor but looking at one of the reviews from 11 months ago, I see that she is still demonstrating that cruel and arrogant demeanor in her practice and it disturbs me. I hope this review helps somebody... mostly Dr. Feldman. It's important to treat each and every patient with the same dignity and respect she'd want to be treated with. People are in enough mental & physical anguish by the time they come to her office. Why would a doctor compound that for patients? Is it unconscious and unintentional or is it a total lack of human empathy that implicates some sort of psychosocial instability?
