I can't say enough good things about this business and have to share my experience. It's long, but worth the lengthy explanation. We had our septic system installed by another business-- not by choice-- and the workmanship and customer service were horrendous. We have had tons of issues with our septic in the five years we've had it. We called B&C to come pump our tanks at the 3 year mark and we were pleased with their prices and responsiveness. Around Christmas Eve, our red light came on. We called B&C and another local business. B&C called us back within the hour and talked us through the issue. It seemed likely that freezing temps froze our system. The light went off and we went about our business. A few days later, the light came on again. We called and spoke with Heather who told us that Jimmy was nearby and would stop at our house. He arrived within 45 minutes and talked us through every part of the process. He was INCREDIBLY knowledgable, SO friendly, and told us things about our system that we never knew-- and should know as septic owners! He found and fixed the issue (clogged filters & pump clog) and told us how we could prevent and fix it in the future. He also made us aware that we would need to have our tanks pumped again due to heavy usage causing sediment/fecal overflow into the filters. He told us he would come back out and pump them mid-January. On New Year's Eve, the light came on yet again. We weren't surprised, but called B&C to ask for advice. Jimmy and another technician came out within the hour and cleaned our filters again, pumped the tanks, etc. All in a dense fog on NYE. They were so kind and so quick. Their workmanship is an absolute 10/10. Their customer service is exceptional! They are an honest company with extensive knowledge and we HIGHLY recommend them!
