Martin General Contracting

Bill was the general in our commercial build out for our food establishment. He kept up with communication throughout, even when there was no news tell while waiting on permitting. Billing and project details outlined clearly as well. We will def be using him in the future!

Was looking to have some electrical work done and by chance was connected with Bill Martin. Bill was extremely easy to work with, was available to come out quickly and very reasonable. I would highly recommend Martin Contracting and will definitely be using them in the future if/when the need arises. Thank you for making our life so much easier.

Very nice and professional. Were able to help us with our water heater very quickly. Were on time, clean and very detailed. Followed up to make sure all was working well. We got a high quality unit at an affordable price.

Ive worked with billy on multiple projects he is always on time, got me a price fast (stays at that price). Always completed the job on time with a smile on his face, a true pleasure to work with. 10 out of 10 Service: General construction

Ugh, first off, I hate leaving not so good reviews. Never even met the guy, as I couldnt get off work so I had someone open my garage for him so he could replace my water heater. Everything worked great as for the water heater installation itself However, he claimed there was a 4% fee he had to tack on for using my credit card, and because he said hes being charged 4%, hes passing that cost to me. Fine, however, I got the receipt through text message, and noticed he used squareup. I checked squareups website, did some research, and since he swiped my credit card, squareups website shows they charge him only 2.6%, plus 10 cents per transaction. So hes making profit from the processing fee. Such a shame to pass down the processing fee in the first place, but then to tell me its 4% when its only 2.6%? Very disappointed
