Wish I could give this place 10 stars! Took my Seary in with a 4.3 I/O Mercruiser with the freeze plug popped out of the block. Was very concerned. The boat has been sitting for 6 years and needed to find out how bad it was. As soon as I talked to Dave and his guys, they told me "Don't jump to conclusions, let us look at the boat and see what we got". He told me there were 35 boats ahead of mine so be patient. About six weeks later i got the call, the block was fine! Dave recommended doing a winterization, new water pump impeller and new lower unit oil change. Also fixed several items that I pointed out and that he found that needed to be fixed. My bill listed the compression check on each cylinder, the dates and hours that they worked on the boat and a detailed description of everything that was done. Their communication throughout the entire process was excellent! When I picked the boat up Dave went over everything and told be the boat had a very strong motor and was in great shape. I have no reservations about putting my family on the boat this summer knowing Dave did an excellent job! I will ONLY be using Dave's Boat Repair from now on and everyone else should too!!! Oh, and the bill was more than reasonable!!
