        Attended a first-anniversary wedding reception here, in the yard and pavilion behind the building. It's a lovely space that comfortably accommodated a large family and friends. The fairy lights wound through the beams in the pavilion were a beautiful touch as the sun began to set. There was only one bathroom with one toilet, accessible via the bar (which permits smoking), which would likely be the real limit on capacity. Also, someone with serious mobility challenges would have difficulty getting to it. The restroom itself was clean and well appointed, though. Other than that one limitation, the space was awesome.
