Car broke down called AAA was told what tow truck service was coming, waited an hr called back was told within 1/2 hr as I was waiting my battery died so now 2 cars are down, finally 2hrs later got a call from AAA and was told they could not get a tow truck out tonight, was told I could leave both cars there if I was in a safe place, no I'm not I am on
rt 80 was told to call police and they could get me a tow. it would have been nice to get a phone call telling me this so I could make other arrangements I am very dissatisfied, so my suggestion to you is keep people updated in a timely manner, I had to call a tow truck myself to help us. Cost $257.00 which I am supposed to get reimbursed for. AAA is supposed to be 24/7
