Horrific. Bad therapy, blamed me for her horrific mind reading and her mistakes. Then was told to be on untherapeutic doses after someone else told me to do it. Then was billed incorrectly 4 times and said that I saw a doctor, a board certified psychiatrist, billed $200 a session. When I saw a PA, physician's assistant, all the time. Don't go to Levinson, Rifai either- even worse. Paperwork? No, not ever will be even contemplated or filled sufficiently. God is watching them. Please don't give up on being healthy and delivered from fraud and incompetent liars.

Straight up pill pushing mill. My husband passed away in a violent way, and I want to this office for help. They completely overmedicated me in my life went from horrible to worse. Then they discharged me and gave me a letter saying they could no longer treat me when they completely made my life a living hell. This place should be shut down and Dr. Berger you should go to prison.

Terrible terrible terrible . I had high hopes for this place . First time I went and the last time I will be going . They do not fill medications. They will tell you they called your pharmacy but they never do . Liers!!! They also have a long waiting list for counselors and they could not give me a time frame in which I was going to see one . I didnt like anything about this place . Totally toxic for people suffering from severe mental health . Dr changes dose of prescription but never calls it in .

I highly recommend Dr. Berger's office for the excellent mental health care I receive there. Everyone on staff is very welcoming, helpful and reassuring. You get the sense that they honestly care about your recovery. Most importantly, I was treated with respect and dignity which has not always been the case in other offices. I am very grateful that Dr. Berger recommended TMS treatment for my recent episode of depression. My meds and therapy weren't working sufficiently to relieve my symptoms and I was getting worse as the winter wore on. I was relieved to find out that TMS is a well-tested and pretty straightforward program that involves daily magnetic stimulation of certain circuits in the brain that deal with mood. Just like meds, TMS takes a little while to kick in but it was well worth the effort for the significant relief I received. Cheryl, the provider in charge of the TMS program, coordinated all the necessary arrangements for me to start treatment. Cheryl (or Deneen, if Cheryl wasn't available that day) was always in attendance throughout my appointment to set up/monitor the machine and to respond in case I needed anything once I was settled in the chair. Throughout my treatment series, she patiently and thoroughly answered any questions I had, scheduled my sessions, and recorded any changes I felt in my mood between sessions. I felt that I was in excellent hands. The sessions themselves were very short; in my case they were about twenty minutes each. Every time I completed a treatment, my provider checked to see how I was doing. After that I drove myself home with no issues. I filled out a weekly questionnaire to keep track of my response to the treatment. It was exciting to watch my score improve as my symptoms receded. Currently, I am in the tapering off phase of the program. I feel very happy with my results and would recommend trying TMS to anyone not getting sufficient relief from their meds and/or therapy. It's wonderful to feel engaged with life once again.

Literally the WORST place to go for medication therapy. They have absolutely no experience with diagnosing bipolar/schizophrenia and will test medication on you like youre a lab rat. They are also incompetent with filling medication on time and never answer their phones. My mom has been suffering with hallucinations due to her medication and all the therapist does is switch her back and forth between medications. Moreover, she sometimes tells her to stop medication cold turkey without weening her off. That is dangerous, and extremely unprofessional. On top of that, my phone number is listed as a secondary number, why are you constantly calling MY number? My mom will call and leave messages and she never gets a call back on HER phone. Please do better. Do you know how scary it is for someone to witness someone go through hallucinations let alone experience them??
