image This place is a joke almost 20min. To 5
Still waiting for the mail. If they don't want to work fire them! Get people that will work. We are waiting for a important delivery that is time sincitive. For a phone.. I guess it is time to call the mail office in Harrisburg again. Don't plan on the West Scranton Post Office for anything.

image My package arrived at the Scranton post office yesterday and instead of sending it to Clarks Sunmit where I live they sent it all the way to Chicago! If this was the first time something like this happened I wouldnt complain but its not its more like the one hundredth.
Like seriously between this post office and my own which is no better how does this happen? Why constantly? I know all you post office employees are sick of hearing the public complain. You dont care youre just there for the paycheck right? No big deal you get your mail with no issues right ,?
Come on its not a hard physical job. You just have to think a little bit. Its getting old. Ever since Covid the usps has gone down deeper than the titanic.

image They are terrible. Waited over an hour and still no one answered my call.

image We get packages delivered to our front door all the time, multiple times a week. Yet, any time we order something that needs to be signed for, no one comes to the door and they just update the tracking with "delivery attempted" or "unable to access property" or literally any other excuse. Our front door isn't inaccessable for all the other packages we get, so someone just doesn't want to do their job. How is it that they can get out of the truck to come to the front porch and drop a package, but when it needs to be signed for they just drive away? What's the difference if you get out and walk to the front porch anyway for literally every other package? There's never any "delivery attempted." They see that they have to physically come to the door and wait the 3 seconds it takes me to get to the door so I can sign for the package, and they just mark down some excuse as to why they couldn't deliver it. Then I need to take time out of my day to drive to the post office and pick the package up myself because they don't attempt to deliver it again. Just do your job. They NEVER come to the door when something needs to be signed for. Don't say you attempted delivery when I literally watched you drive from the neighbor's mailbox to ours, sit in front of our house for a minute, then just drive off. You didn't attempt anything, you're just lazy.
