The old ERG was Great now the staff there are very unprofessional playing with their phones instead of assisting a potential hard worker they need to bring back the older mature stafff that kept the Business thriving

They only look for people with Experience and the people with no experience they want to send them to a makeup factory that is about 30 mins away, that pay 10$ a hour LOL Then get mad when you miss work and puts you on their little black list.. maybe if you gave people REAL JOBSS with GOOD PAY maybe I wouldnt miss work once a week to look for other jobs that pays more then 10$ a hour! ERG only has to offer is jobs with experience, and the jobs without experience the pay is P00P! How is 10$ going to pay my 1300$ of rent and 500$ of child support I have to pay monthly plus my Gas ? DO BETTER ERG! OR RENAME YOURSELF AS Experience staffing 2015 is over stop paying people 10$ , 13$ and start paying us people a good pay to survive
