      image A few months ago I was homeless during the day I was able to go to CIC use the phone if I need it use a computer if I needed it there are days that they do have food there it's warm it's clean they do have showers there's always coffee and snacks the people that I met there were very courteous to me.

      image Worst place I have ever been.
      Staff are disrespectful and treat you like a second rate person.
      They take advantage of the destitute and the mentally ill. And treat them like dirt.
      They allow people who sleep under the bridge under linden street to sell methamphetamine
      In their parking lot during the day.
      I HAVE PERSONALLY SEEN DEALS HAPPENING LITTERALY RIGHT INFRONT OF THE DIRECTOR.
      I have a service dog And we were not allowed in the keystone shelter during a code blue .
      Because staff at this place said not to let me in.

      Christopher, We are sorry you feel this way. When we meet on Friday, we welcomed you AND your dog into the agency, offered you a meal, use of our phone, and a place to charge your phone. We also discussed possible solutions to your hosing issues and gave you the assistance we were able to at 3:00 o'clock on Friday. I am not sure what happened today but if you would like to call tomorrow, we can certainly discuss what is going on. As for the shelter, we have NO control over who they let in and who they do not, that is something you would need to speak to them about. And we would never call a shelter and tell them NOT to let someone in. I do not feel it is fair for you blame us for the shelter not allowing you in. Again that has nothing to due with us.
