        SCRANTON DODGE IS A JOKE. A FEW YEARS BACK OUR 15 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE NEEDED SOME REPAIR ALONG WITH BEING OUT THE BUMPER TO BUMPER. SO I WAS REFERRED TO A FCA GROUP THAT HELPED PUT IN A CLAIM FOR THE REPAIR TO GET SOME ASSISTANCE WITH THE BILL. SHORTLY AFTER THAT OUR CAR WAS IN FOR INSPECTION. OH LOOK AT THAT MAGICALLY IT NOW NEEDED A 1000 DOLLAR PART. SO BEFORE THE INSPECTION WAS DUE WE TRADED IT IN. THE NEW PLACE GAVE IT A THOROUGH INSPECTION AND FOUND THAT IT WAS A SOUND VEHICLE. HOW CAN THAT BE IF WE SUPPOSEDLY NEEDED THIS 1000 DOLLAR PART. NOT TO POINT FINGERS , BUT I WOULD SAY SOMEONE WAS PULLING SOMETHING AND NOT THE PLACE WE TRADED IT IN TO. SO NEEDLESS TO SAY I WOULDN'T EVEN HAVE SCRANTON DO MY OIL CHANGE. GOOD THING BECAUSE I HEARD AT SCRANTON THAT YOU GO IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE THEN YOU END UP NEEDING A NEW MOTOR.........now they wanna discuss things that they've gotten a bad review, hello could've just taken care of us without trying to pull a fast one instead, nice try!
