Hands down one of the best daycares my child has ever been to. The staff is amazing. My child learned so much in such a short amount of time.

The staff goes above and beyond to help your child grow. The teachers are caring, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I could not have been more pleased!

The BEST Day care/ Pre School in the Poconos! Before we even had our son, 4 years ago, we knew he was going to be attending Acorns to Oaks. We have a local business and do art projects with many day cares in the area for over 10 years and Acorns to Oaks is at the top of my list! The kids are polite, well behaved and are never sick. (unlike many other day cares in the area) The toys are ALWAYS played with and the center is always very clean. The teachers are always polite and never yell, scream or talk down to the children. I love their philosophy of learning through play. My son LOVES every aspect of his school. The kids all scream his name when he arrives and give him hugs when he leaves! He even said to us a few days ago... "I Love my school, I love Miss Debbie!" It fills my heart to know that he is in good hands while he's away from us. I don't leave him with anyone other than family, but I felt very comfortable leaving him there. :) If you have seen anything other than great reviews for this daycare.. maybe it's a personal issue from the reviewer. If so many are loving it and one does not... It makes you wonder WHO has the issue. :)

By far the best place in the area for proper care and education for children of all ages. This center is my second experience with child care for my 2 year old. She has learned and done so much more in half of the time that she has been in Acorns to oaks then in the other center she attended. It is very clean and organized and well structured for the kids! And the staff is amazing with my daughter! Would recommend this center to anyone!!!

Please do not send your kids to this day care! We suspects that the teachers are hitting children!!! We moved from Long Island to Poconos and my son had a very good daycare at Long Island with no problem at all for over a year. My son is 2 years old and has been with this day care for a little bit over 2 months. When we picked him up yesterday (6/25/2014), he covered his face and pointed to his teach and told us that she hit him. The next morning, when we get back to the day care, and talked to other kid(s) in his class. We've been told by his classmates that their teacher(s) hit him a lot. I'm registering a full complaint with PA department of education as well as PA state child abuse center. Outrageous about the operation of this school and will never let my kids step into that daycare center ever again!!!
