Kesting Construction

We had a very good experience with Kesting Construction from our first meeting to discuss the project. Tom listened to all of our ideas, questions and concerns and responded with well thought out solutions and suggestions to help us narrow down choices and make design decisions. He patiently worked with us through each stage of the project taking the time to answer all new questions and thoroughly explained all of the unforeseen issues that came up, which will occur in any home project, and walked us through the resolution. From Luis, the project manager, to everyone on the crew, we were impressed with their professionalism, care of our home and attention to detail. We replaced the roof, siding (Hardie), gutters, and a few windows and doors (Anderson) and are very happy with the product choices and overall esthetic. And there is no doubt we would work with them again on any new projects that come along.

This is our second time using Kesting Construction. We were happy with them last time and were happy this time too. They did a new roof and new Hardie siding this time around. Tom Kesting is great to work with and his crews are all great. The project was done on time. Judging by all the neighbors having work done by them, they must be doing good work. I think they must have had 7 or more other homes in the neighborhood that they did after us.

I bought a house knowing it needed a new roof but not having experience in getting one at any of my previous homes. When I reached out to an old friend in Tom Kesting and his company I immediately knew that I put my trust in the right people. Not only was the quote scheduled quickly and handled professionally, not only did he over deliver in the time frame in which he could get it done, not only does the finish product look amazing but the price was extremely reasonable, which made the experience that much better.
