Santander Bank Branch

Unfortunately I have a mortgage through this bank. Their system keeps glitching and moving my phone number from mobile to home and I cannot access mobile banking. I call the customer service line which takes me to a foreign country and then transfers you to Rhode Island who states they know of the glitch but cannot help. This happens every 6 months and I waste an hour on customer service and 35 min calling the Schuylkill Haven branch and talking to the non-enthusiastic manager to get my phone number changed from a home to a mobile. This is the absolute worst bank please stay far far away. I cannot wait until all of the branches close and my mortgage gets sold to another company.

This is the only Santander bank left in the area as they closed all the others. Nice open space with good service. However its too far away from where i live now. Ill be changing banks.

Was going to charge me $6.00 dollars to cash a check because I wasn't a customer but the check issued to me from the company was a customer. Any reason to take advantage of people.

Out of all the banks that I used ,the tellers are very cortious and always seen joyful and when they send your money out in the envelope they draw a smiley face on it and say thank you.Every time and it makes you feel good ,something small like that .I give this bank the best of the best .
