When it comes to customer service, this is a true 1 star bank. Major thumbs down. Last year I had called in about raising my credit limit. The teller named Shelly was very rude and made it seem like I was going out of my way to make work for her. Today (Dec. 2022) I called about how I could wire money to another bank. Once again Shelly answered the phone. Initially she was able to explain to me that at FCCB you can only initiate a wire in person, not over the phone or via Mobile Banking. I'm not currently living near the Sayre area, so I asked again if there was any way I could wire the money from the mobile banking app, which seemed to irritate Shelly. I then asked her where the nearest branch location to me is, and was met with an unacceptable amount of attitude. I said thank you, hung up the phone, and found the information myself. I'm very unpleased with my experience so far, and I DO NOT recommend anyone using the FCCB branch in Sayre.
