I assumed enforcing masks was an issue of public health. It was concerning to see all the red hats without masks walking around your property yesterday even though theres a state mandate for them in ALL public places...adding in that ive only lost one family member and had 2 hospitalized so far...

I understand that being a fire fighter is not an easy thing to do and can be very helpful even life changing to the community and most fire fighter hold true to this but I also believe that some of you abuse your position and think you deserve special treatment or are even above the law. I know this may be a small percentage of you but it only takes one to ruin the bunch and what I've seen on mutliple occasion from some of the people at this fire house in their lack of care for others safety. for instance not letting me coutiune on in my direction with a BS explanation then proceeding to send me into a almost head on collision with the emergency units responding to the incident you were supposed to be helping. So not only a disregard for your fellow community members but nearly cause a far worse situation then what u were there for in the first place. If you are unsure of what Is The right thing to do is maybe you shouldn't be rude and quick to assume you are right or know better then the next person. And yes I'm sure you all train very hard to ensure you are ready for a nap event that could save somebodies life but that doesn't mean every event that happens is a life threatening event. I'm sorry that I can't only call out the ones who bring this bad image of the entire group but I'm sure you know who u are and for those of you just trying to help the community and be a role model for others I thank you for your service maybe you can help correct the others actions.
