Ott's Auto Refinishing

Alan and Carl are awesome! One of the few places that are honest, take pride in their work, and actually care about customer service. Carl drove to the storage lot to see if the repairs to my son's car where viable before wasting time and money towing it back and forth. He set up his own guy to tow the car to his shop, when the township's contracted towing company "were too busy" to move it. He did all this the first business day after the accident. This is my 4th time using Ott's for body work over the years. They use OEM parts when the the aftermarket don't fit, and always take care to match the paint exactly. Once they get the color right, they make and keep paint chips/cards for each vehicle they work on. That way they have the exact formula for the future. They do a great job dealing with the insurance companies as well.

Stopped in when I was driving by. He was very nice, helped fix my car in his lot and I was on my way within 15 minutes. If I have autobody issues I'll be back again. Thanks so much for the help!
