        My family has been dealing with Town and Country for many years. We could not be more pleased with the pick up and delivery, service and repairs we have gotten on our lawn tractors! Also, the employees are all very friendly and professional. I would give them the highest rating!

        Anything you send to these guys to repair they will say they can't fix and you have to buy new to try and get a sale. They will then want to charge you a diagnostic fee and delivery fee to return the product they said they could fix to you. I will never use these crooks again.

        These guys took my tractor to be fixed a few years ago. Called me and said I should just buy a new tractor from them and give them my existing one for free. They never did fix my tractor and charged me a hefty fee to deliver it back to me where I fixed it EASILY and am still using it today with no issues. Either they are too incompetent to fix the equipment they sell or they are trying to scam people into buying things they don't need. Either way they don't deserve your business.

      Not even remotely accurate. We repair thousands of units a year. Sometimes things are beyond repair and other times we recommend new because it's a better value. While still other times, manufacturers discontinue parts. We are sorry you had this experience, but we are not out to cheat you.
