Hi Brad- We had both biscuits & home fries. When I advertise items they are there unless you are informed we ran out. At which point we give you all other options to chose from. The order slip said sausage gravy with home fries. It did not say anything about biscuits. If it had we would have given you the biscuits with gravy and home fries on the side. The way it was written it looked like you ordered your gravy over home fries and we advertise it over toast, biscuits, or home fries. This was a mistake on the cashier’s part - but two of them are still in training, and a misunderstanding on our part in the kitchen.For this we apologize and we are sorry for the mix up. I wish you would have called or came back in. We would have made every effort to make it right if given the chance. Please stop back on Saturday and let us give you the breakfast you ordered for free to make up for the inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding
