When we made the decision to build a home in York PA the first challenge was finding a contractor that could be trusted to design and build a home that met our expectations while working with us remotely. Jeff and his team did an excellent job interpreting our contemporary design style, translating and incorporating it into the design of our home and then executing that design to near perfection. During the build process the team did an amazing job communicating with us in spite of a six hour time difference, from ground breaking to final finishes we were always part of the process. Upon arrival in York, we walked into a finished home that did not merely meet expectations but exceeded our expectations by a significant margin. Jeff and the team at Jeffery L. Overpriced, not friendly. He must have one heck of a lifestyle to maintain to be charging as much as he does and apparently doesn't pay his employees good at all.
