        Condo association does not follow through on commitment to provide a 30d post move in touch up to fix any nail pops, missed painting or what not. You are told to keep a list and fill out a form to have someone come 30d after you move in. We have done that and yet we get brushed off each time we call. The latest excuse was that the workmen were too busy putting up the last new builds. Buyers Beware.
