Bought a focus back in October, took until January to get title and registration. Within a month the car check engine light was on and car started missing. Cleared the check engine light all was fine. November rolls around car was missing more and check engine light came on again, so we changed spark plugs thinking that was the issue but it needed new egr valve. Got that replaced and then light came back on cylinder 1 misfire. All coils were cracked and replaced. Car is running fine at the moment car has been nothing but money and repairs.

Bought a 2004 grand Cherokee here last year, still runs like a champ. Had one small issue shortly after buying it, took it back and they were quick to get me in and fix it even though it wasnt their fault.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I bought my 2010 Infiniti in 11/23. It had a tire pressure light on and I was told the air was low. It needs new sensors for $900. Then in less than 2 weeks, the car wouldnt start, the alarm would randomly go off and the key wouldnt work. Bought a new key for $500. Advised them off this and heard nothing. Then started having issues again with the car not starting and random lights (parking and headlights) coming on along with the alarm going off again for no reason. Turns our the sunroof drains were clogged and installed incorrectly causing water to drain into the body control module. There was also mold starting to grow in the dash. Total for these repairs was $3,300. It may also need a new dash harness for $6,900. I did buy an extended warranty, but these items were not covered and I was told after constant contact with them that I bought the car as is. Stay far, far away. Customer service is their last concern. They just want your money.
