Absolutely a joke! I deposited money into my account physically IN PERSON. The money was available. Good as it should be. Heres the catch. I used my money only for them to by the end of the day SOMEHOW the money was available then all of a sudden it wasnt and they put me in the negative HUNDREDS of dollars. I wake up the next morning to being in the negative AND being charged for insufficient funds- which wasnt even the case. Then when they fix it they post the money deposited the FOLLOWING morning AND DONT REFUND ME MY INSUFFICIENT FUND CHARGE RIGHT AWAY. They tell me i have to another full 24 hours when THEY STOLE IT FROM ME IN THE BEGINNING!!!! I am taking major LEGAL ACTION!!!!!!!!! Do NOT trust this bank the manager takes you as a joke and will not see the severity of THEIR mistakes. Absolutely HORRIBLE!! Stay FAR FAR FAR AWAY from this particular branch!!!! Maybe the managar needs replaced i cant believe the disrespect and inconsideration this bank has i couldnt even afford to buy my breakfast before a long hard nursing shift. Now i cant even get lunch thank to fulton on cape horn road everyone. They steal from me and make sure i cant get buy food. Just sickening my lawyer is mind blown they arent refunding me right away and legal action is being fully persued. Stay away!!!!!!!
