Ive been working with Kelly at Arrowhead for almost 2 years now - she has had a huge part in reframing my mindset on life, managing my anxiety and more. Her down to earth and realistic approach to unpacking what goes on in our heads has been such a refreshing style of therapy and led me through so much personal growth!

Calling and scheduling an appointment with Kelly at Arrowhead has been one of the best and most important decisions of my life. I was struggling with intense feelings of anxiety and was stuck in an endless loop of negative thoughts. From the very first session, Kelly gave me tools and practices in order to calm my racing mind, find presence and peace. Every session since, I have left Arrowhead feeling more confident, empowered, seen, and more capable of acknowledging my emotions, honoring them and healthy ways to process them.

Kelly is a supportive thoughtful counselor who provides excellent insight into what the current goings on are. I worked with Kelly in a group setting where she led the group, made sure everyone got a chance to speak, and provided guidance to present issues. The atmosphere created was extremely helpful in my development and i was very happy to work with her on my problems at the time. I recommend, if you have the chance, to get to see Kelly, and learn some Kelly-isms along the way
