Able to provide skilled quality nursing for whatever your healthcare needs are ..especially high tech peds trach and vent. Rigorous training for trach and vent nurses. Clients complain about the staffing at times but Aveanna goes above and beyond to get everyone's needs met. The truth is that there ARE not enough competent trach and vent nurses and pediatric nurses to get all shifts staffed 100 percent of the time--At ANY of these agencies! As a nurse with 10 years experience working multiple agencies and cases over the years, i was impressed by the thorough training and high quality of care.. The managers hold us accountable to high standards but they are also readily available for any need 24/7 and the office staff is diligent at getting cases staffed. As with all things..when you have a person in your home 24/7 it can take time to find the right personality fit for You at first but we try hard to meet the Individial families specific expectations for how they want their services delivered! The services here from the Reading office seem to me to be comperable to similar agencies and I have found everything to be as it should be during my time here! Please check them out :)
