It is always a great experience at Sotomayor medical practice. The Staff are nice and very helpful when it comes to questions regarding my insurance, and appointments!

I would not give this place even 1 star. Appointments mean nothing. You wait forever to see the Dr. They have made some very serious mistakes. They need to get better management because of so much negligence and confusion. There's a woman their named Isabella who is extremely rude and nasty to people. She screwed up my insurance information and billed me for something my insurance company already paid for. The Dr gave me wrong information about tests I had done. I found this out from another Dr's office which could of been potentially life threatening. If you go there make sure you understand what you're signing and get copies of everything. You have to really question their ethics. I don't go there anymore and I still have not resolved all issues I had with them. If you're looking for a new primary care physician, please check out other places to go. Don't put your life in danger with this Drs' office. You may not come home alive. Anywhere else is better than this place. That's saying a lot, since it's hard to find a good dr office these days. I eventually had to contact the Pennsylvania medical board to make a complaint about them constantly sending me bills that my medical insurance already paid for, because Isabella is certainly not going to admit she made a mistake. She seems to think that she's so damned perfect, which anyone who's dealt with her, knows that she's such a miserable woman, who acts like a spoiled little girl. You almost have to feel sorry for her, but how can you? What have her parents done to her? Aren't drs supposed to help you? But all the stress they cause, you wonder if going to Dr offices is even healthy or just making your health worse? They committed insurance fraud and I think everyone who reads this review, should really think twice before even considering going here!!! Note to your practice: Don't bother to write back on here apologizing with telling us about all your excuses and lies.
