I'm beyond fed up with doctors taking little to no effort to actually try to get to the root cause of a problem. I was referred here after I begged my GP for a referral because I had migraines for years that were suddenly getting more severe. I always felt it was due to birth control but countless doctors here have told me otherwise. After a neurologist here said the same thing, I let them try medicine after medicine with awful side effects. All only worked temporarily. The most recent script was increasing my heart rate and blood pressure over time but the nurses and neurologist claimed it couldnt be due to that. I shortly after that incident messaged them on mychart that my migraines were increasing in frequency again (6 out of 7 days a week) and all messages that I left for 3 weeks were left on read. By that point I found a new doctor who took me seriously - took me off that medication immediately and put me on blood pressure medication and took me off birth control. Miraculously my migraines went away! Smh. I'm finally functional. Patients, advocate for yourself. You know your body; your gut will tell you when something isn't right. Tower Health, don't respond. It's a waste of time. Instead actually work on improving quality of patient care rather than viewing patients as money machines. I've had three good doctors in the tower health system - Dr. Gallagher and Dr. Braitmeyer and Dr. Massengale. Can't recommend them enough. Otherwise, avoid this place like the plague.

My initial experience was not great communication wise - they were quick to reach out to resolve the issue after I made it known. My appointment went well and the experience has been relatively seamless otherwise. I'm confident in the medical staff at this location.

To start off, my appointment was canceled and rescheduled 3 times. I arrived on time on my scheduled appointment date after making the hour trip there. Upon arrival, I was told they needed to cancel my appointment and reschedule a FOURTH time, as I was standing in the office. I'm 7 months pregnant and having seizures of unknown origin and I can't seem to get in and see this Neurologist. I would definitely recommend finding a different office if you need to be seen within a reasonable time and if you don't feel like wasting an hour driving only to be told you're appointment is canceled and have to drive home another hour. Thank you for the wasted trip and gas money that I could not afford to begin with.

Dr. Perez really knows his stuff. The basis of my choice for any movement disorder specialist is if they are going to extend my quality of life. I feel confident that he will. He may be a little quirky but youre not hiring a movement disorder specialist as a comedian or a psychologist. Thus I would highly recommend him as someone who is knowledgeable in the field of Parkinsons and keeps himself up-to-date on the newest research and treatments.

In 10/22, Tower health Neuro scheduled me for a 1/5/23 appt. I was told to get a Cervical Spine MRI due to neck/shoulder pain. In the interim, I developed significant lower back pain. At my appt., I was seen by a P.A., and told her of my pain issues (including back). I was curtly dismissed by the P.A. who told me, we can't help you, we don't do backs. There was NO examination/discussion, regarding ANY of my issues nor of my pain. No attempt was made to offer referrals, suggestions or a follow-up appt. since they had not yet "uploaded" the CD MRI results. Two business days later they still had not "uploaded". A "no charge" for this appt. was offered--thank you very much! I felt like I was kicked to the curb. I have much respect for Dr. John Braca of Tower Health Neurology. However, much to my surprise, a recent experience in 1/23 with one of his P.A.'s displayed a very different patient view--one of little concern and little empathy. Hoping this is unrepresentative of this practice.
