My massage therapist was very professional and communicative. The place was clean. They did not play music so if youre easily distracted, dont come here during peak mall times (weekends), as you will hear mall traffic. I personally like no music - but I am sure if you ask theyd play music. Keep in mind, this is not your run of the mill therapeutic massage place. They work you HARD. Its body work a special type of massage. They press hard and deep. They stretch you and put a lot of weight/pressure on the back especially. But they always ask if youre doing ok and if you ask for something different they listen (just be specific and show them). My opinion is - if youre not willing to endure some mild pain for your own good, this isnt the place for you. But if you are its a game changer. Lately, my shoulders had been so tight, and my back had been aching. After my first 60 minute deep tissue here, I feel like a brand new person. Im pain free and for the first time in a long time my shoulders and jaw are fully relaxed. ALSO- Im sure if you pick the lighter massage option (not deep tissue) and ask for a light or gentle touch, theyd accommodate. Be clear about what you want and need.

Massage therapist are without manners. They are not happy with my tip, so they ask for more.. $60 a hour plus $9.00 tip and they want more..go elsewhere. Scam

Let me make something CRYSTAL CLEAR; the human elbow is not a medicinal tool, it does not belong in the spine of others. Elbows are shaped exactly like a ball peen hammer, they're a weapon in every single combat sport...so why these people insist on driving theirs into the spines and shoulder blades of their customers is beyond me. I don't get it. I don't care if there's some ancient school in Shaolin that has taught that 'technique' for ions, I don't care if it's a tradition that has existed since the bronze age; ELBOWS DO NOT BELONG IN THE HUMAN BACK. This massage was excruciating, it was torture; had that masseuse asked me for secret information, I would've given it to him. The best part of the massages here are when they aren't actually touching you. I didn't pay $60 for the massage, I paid $60 to get out of that torture chamber and it was worth every cent. That was yesterday, today I'm bruised and I'm going to schedule an appointment with a doctor. My advice to the leadership; STOP HURTING PEOPLE. Go two miles away to Hand & Stone and get a massage - then you'll understand what people expect and what you're competitors offer. Hand & Stone is a comfortable haven that sells an hour of bliss; your store sells pain and you definitely deliver. And tell your employees to stop begging for tips. If they want a tip, I'll give them one; stop driving your elbows into the spines of the people you're asking a tip from!

Demanded a $20.00 tip!! She said" not a restaurant" when I tipped 20 % Was insistent to the point of being obnoxious! Sinister smile! Used cheap Vaseline instead of massage oil. I regret the entire experience. Believe all of the negative comments about this place.
