Nobody in loby walk in welcome yeah right ten minutes till I found someone back there eating and on there phone and the person said u must call to set up a appointment so they get paid to do what u answer that question. Poor quality care for a routine blood work it would have taken five minutes but it wasted 46 minutes of my life. Since the pandemic it has got worse do your job if I would stand around eating and on my phone I would be fired truth.
