Have you ever had a health care provider come in the room looking fat, disheveled and sloppy? Like me, do you immediately think to yourself "if they know anything about Healthcare then why do they look like this?" Well my visit to this location to see Amanda Sell, physician assistant, gave me that exact experience. Looking at previous ratings, I see many others have had the same sloppy treatment from all of the staff. They don't even pretend to care, but you should, avoid this horrible experience.

If I could give zero stars, I would. It has been over a year of the worst bedside manner and communication Ive ever encountered in my 29 years on this planet. currently, tomorrow will be two weeks since Ive been trying to get a routine refill of a prescription Ive been getting for years. they are gatekeeping and playing games with something that should be routine. It is absolute insanity. Dont get me started on my January visit with their plastic surgeon who said good girl, called me girl, not by my name, and patted me on my side bottom twice to dismiss me like a horse. 0 stars.

I was literally having struggles with the care at Saint Joes family practices I called and spoke about my concerns, and they went out of their way to address them and even sent me a thank you card!!! I am overwhelmed with the kindness and response. Thank you for caring.

The lab services process is overly complex and unnecessary. It takes far too long for what should be a relatively simple process. Something is wrong.

This ONE star is specifically for the lab services located downstairs and not for the Drs offices. I am most annoyed with the check-in process and not the technicians themselves. The check-in process does not allow for any privacy. While sitting to be called from the clipboard I could hear the details of all 5 patients who were ahead of me. Their phone numbers, DOB, health issues, if they have a living will or not.. The layout of this reception office is poorly laid out and as a result I will not return in the future despite being so conveniently located.
