Very comfortable hotel. Breakfast is out of pocket sandwiches, fruits, Starbucks coffee and juice. Conveniently located.

Being a fairly new hotel in the area the room looked poorly maintained. Some mold in shower room, sofa looks bad. Maybe just the room we got, maybe. See pictures

The bed and pillows are not good. I stay in many courtyards and the mattress is feels like you're laying directly on the springs.
The pillows are so bad that they won't lay flat. The stuffing is bunched up and pillows have clumps of fluff.
When you're staying at a hotel for work/business it's supposed to help you to feel rested.
The bed being the most important part of the room is below my standards for a Marriott/Courtyard.
Rooms: Bad pillows & mattress.

to start, I will say that the hotel was very nicely laid out, and the rooms were extremely clean. The hotel was very accommodating with providing extra towels as well. The front desk staff were phenomenal.
now for the negatives. One of the nights I stayed there I came off the elevator shortly after 1 AM I looked to my left, and I saw the janitor who was taking out trash. He looked at me and watched me go into the first floor bathroom. York I was in the bathroom for sometime, but I know that he never watched me leave the bathroom he proceeds to come into the bathroom for no reason at all I didnt see him replace toilet paper or anything walk around the bathroom for maybe a good three minutes while Im making it obvious that I am in the stall because Im uncomfortable that there is a man in the bathroom. I was aware that it was the janitor because I looked at his shoes. My question is why would you be in the restroom with a female in the restroom? I was extremely uncomfortable and try to stall leaving so that he would leave first. when I came out of the bathroom, he pretends to be fixing the towels and says sorry can i finish this up uh dude youre already in here and have been in here with me for the last five minutes.. so i couldnt use the bathroom in peace. It was wierd and he knew i hadnt left.
The second complaint about this hotel, I made sure I double and triple checked the time for a late check out. It was confirmed for 1pm. I confirmed that there would be no knocking on the door at 12 oclock because I knew I may not be going to sleep until super late the night before. But of course house keeping comes knocking on the door at 11:58-12:00. if that was going to happen, I would not have gotten the late check out especially after I confirmed. When I brought this up to the front desk the response I got was oh they were probably confused. Where is there room for confusion when i confirmed that this wouldn't take place? so I would recommend not requesting any late checkouts from this hotel, dont even bother.. because theyll be confused? Id also not using the first four bathroom bathroom after 12 AM as you might get walked in on. Veey creepy overall.
other than that the hotel was nice/clean
