        Jazell Sampada is terrible boss and a liar. she actually. Lied to my insurance company about me and said that there was a caregiver at my home when there was not. that is cause for me to file a lawsuit for deformation of character. and also negligence for all the things that reparteed that you ignored. This is the worst agency I have ever delt with and the boss is a liar and will try to get your benefits taken away out of spite cuz she is a racist bitch
