The manager, Angie, has been calling my phone since the 28th of February, threatening to COME TO MY HOUSE and to call police because whoever had my number before me screwed them out of money. She won't listen when I have continuously told her she has the wrong number, and they have been calling me every other day to harass me. I had to have my mother call to get her to stop, but she's called even though she said she'll stop before so we'll see about that. I have never and will never work with RAC, they have the wrong number and will not listen to me. I'm an autistic adult with anxiety and intend on proceeding with legal action. Edit: Don't waste your time with corporate. Had to call back and threaten them with legal action to get them to leave me alone, all because they wouldn't admit a mistake. Still no apology, no callback from corporate, nothing. Pathetic and disgusting company, STAY AWAY. ANGIE IS A HORRIFIC PERSON.

THE WORST CUSTOMER TREATMENT AND SERVICE GEORGE AND ANGIE are among the rudest, responsible and disrespectful NEITHER OF THEM ARE SUITABLE AND TRAINED FOR THIS JOB I have had problems because of the disgusting attitudes they give to us as clients they refuse to remove the information of auto pay on the account and on two occasions I have asked him to pick up the merchandise because I don't want it anymore and I don't have the income to continue renting the merchandise and in a bad way they want to leave me the merchandise, they NEVER have staff to come and pick up the merchandise the first time it happened I said ok but it's the third time and it's already a lot. They are arrogant arrogant people without education. The service is really terrible. I have had merchandise from Rent A Center before in PR. And Florida I NEVER had that problem, much less never forcing me to keep the merchandise and telling me that it is not their problem that the situations that we customers go through make me sad and ashamed that people like them are the ones in charge of This company should be a little more selective when it comes to hiring their staff I truly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO RENT N COMPARE ANYTHING

Very rude and unprofessional. They talk to people like they are almighty and better than the customer. Highly do not recommend. Jorge was very aggressive towards a female.

The most unpleasant store there is in reading the, they tell you one thing and then it's the complete opposite, my experience was horrible And mainly with the store manager called Maycol, a person With an unpleasant attitude Who treats customers badly It makes me very sad with the real owners because Due to Personnel like this man he will lose a lot.
