Tower Health Medical Group Family Medicine - Gateway

This practice has not been good in terms of being sick and needing treatment. Multiple times, I have needed treatment and have been told to just go to urgent care. $100 vs $30 to just see the doctor for sinus infections. What is the point of even having a pcp if you're being told to go to urgent care time and time again... I will be switching asap.

Scheduled my mother for a chest x-ray and when she went in for her appointment there was no x-ray tech on duty, they wanted to reschedule. Also have heard about this happening with alot of other people.

I have never had any problems with staff, always friendly and helpful. They have always filled my prescriptions and returned my calls. Very pleased with Gateway.

They never have same day sick Appointments. They couldn’t even do a zoom conference to send me a prescription for being sick. They told me to go get Flonase, To help with a fever, body ache, chills temperature, sore throat, cough, fatigue and ........ I how to go to urgent care which then I had to wait over three hours to get a Z pack. I switch doctors today never while use gateway again they’re joke
