Its definitely 1000x better, cleaner, and friendlier than the downtown campus they moved from.. still some concerns with getting through to anyone or getting called back when I need something though.

My blood pressure was spiking. It took me 2 months to get an appointment, and when I showed up they told me there was no doctor there and I had to come back in May. There was zero concern for my health, and I was denied medical care and was unallowed to speak to any qualified medical professional, only the secretaries. Immediately, when I became upset, I was met with excuses and the passing of blame. I'm autistic, and they told me to calm down and acted like I was being unreasonable, which caused me to have a panic attack and they watched me leave and drive away with my baby. No concern for care at all, and I am in the process of filling complaints with the department of health, as well as filing suit. The only way to get medical care there would have been for me to have a heart attack in the office so they could call me an ambulance and charge me for a hospital stay. The entire system is about scheduling appointments and taking whatever payday the insurance will give them. We need a return to real care. This place discriminated against me for being a large, loud, mentally ill white person. I'm not proud of my subsequent outburst, but when the burden of patience is on the patient and not caregivers, the world has gone to pot. UPDATE: Today I call from them where they explained to me that it wasn't their fault... I assume in response to the complaints filed. I told her I don't need excuses, i need a doctor, and then hung up, more frustrated. This place is a joke.

I never had an issue with this location. They are doing their best. I know the one time they had other workers in from a different location and they didnt know where things were but thats understandable. And with 1 doctor at the time cause the other one was sick. Every where you go is going to have hiccups. Staff through out this location and the main hospital are very polite. Only had 1 major issue with a nurse back in 2017 but that was solved .
