        Let me start off by saying we've been dealing with this since before covid hit. Which is understandable that everything was all standby because of covid. This place is so unprofessional how online it says that they're open then when you show up they're closed they decide where they want to be open or closed. I'm definitely taking my mother somewhere else. And you could definitely tell there bunch of laziness up in there. If people don't like their job I suggest for them to get another one that they like. My mom's been waiting for her Dentures forever they're saying they need this they need that no initiative whatsoever. Not even a phone call to keep us up-to-date on what's going on.

        The worst experience I have ever had at a dentist office ever. I could not afford the extra money for the anesthesia so I got local anesthetic. That wasnt the issue the surgeons bed side manor was terrible I couldnt feel my mouth to open it and I was told If I couldnt open my mouth he wouldnt do the surgery. Luckily the nurse opened my mouth for me then we proceeded. It went quickly after some very aggressive tugging. I wont be returning.
