        3 yrs of jaw pain and how many dentists , chiropractors, neurologist and family Drs and no one can help me. I come here get my appliance and boom pain is subsiding and I'm getting my life back. I'm enjoying doing things again. Especially eating. She is a great Dr and the staff is great as well. Especially the free chocolate at the wonderful receptionist desk she is a hoot as well. It stinks that insurance doesn't cover tmj it's all out of pocket but at this point I had to bite the bullet and pay so I could get my life back again. Thanks again to this place for getting me back on track when no other Dr could

        Place is terrible! They make you pay up front for device and all future visits. No wonder why after my second appointment. The device that was supposed to be custom made didn't fit a all. When they clipped it on my teeth. They couldn't get it back off. They worked on it for over and hour. Still didn't come off any easier. They insured me it will wear in and become easier. Against my better judgment I took it home. The first night I went to take it off. The device rip out my cap off my teeth. My dentist said the device should have never been made the way it was. Told the nurse how mad and upset I was after spending $5000.00. You would think doctor would reach out to me. Never did, because they already had their money. Very unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy!

        Dr. Tammy and her staff are so kind and helpful! My experience there (over the last 16 months having my jaw realigned) has really improved my quality of life! I have less headaches and less Meniere's attacks and therefore less vertigo with clearer thinking! Thank you to the TMJ center in Reading!

We would like to take this opportunity to state some facts for the readers of this review. First of all, we did reach out to you via several phone calls, with no response. Secondly, as explained through informed consent about treatment (and in written form signed by you), unusual occurrences could happen when wearing an appliance such as the appliance being tight in the beginning, dislodged dental restorations, especially crowns, and other side effects. We schedule a two week follow-up visit to address the appliance concerns, however, you did not attend this visit. In most cases, dental work can be recemented or repaired with minimal intervention. If your dentist has concerns about the fabrication of the appliance, he or she is welcomed to contact our office to discuss! Lastly, our office offers high quality treatments with a great success rate and we have a very good reputation and have helped many patients. We understand when someone leaves a bad review there has been a misunderstanding. We welcome the opportunity to speak with an unhappy patient directly to figure out the source of the issue. If you would please call us back or attend an appointment, we would like the opportunity to work through this. Thank you!
