        Wyomissing Ulta. My daughter is a big fan of Ulta, better than Sephora with a better selection, therefore - they make great gifts, especially their gift cards. Also by downloading their app, and submitting my email and number, I get updated alerts with sales, promotions and discounts. Also in the month of your bday, you get a nice bday gift. Very thoughtful. The one located in Wyomissing is very large, with excellent employees and service. I had to contact corporate because I had an issue once, and they resolved it immediately and even followed up by email. I am very impressed! Thank You for reading! Eddie

        I like the Ulta store and staff, but DO NOT apply for their beauty rewards credit card, the rates and fees are ridiculous, I ended up paying a 30.00 late fee, (by one day) on a 30.00 purchase, & my bill was not credited for one of my returns. Never again. My 30.00 item cost me 60.00, Ill pay cash, thank you.
