If I could give a zero, I would! I had benefits through them but when I had to go to the ED, I wasn't covered. I tried to go to a primary care doctor and also wasn't covered. I then called to cancel my policy only to find that a different amount was being taken out over the course of two months and when I called to figure out what the problem was a get my refund, I was told by Jessie to be quiet and stop calling to ask for my money back. I was only requesting what was taken after I canceled but apparently, Jessie had a problem with my request. Please, save yourself the trouble and do not sign up with any insurance through them. BTW, this is the parent couple. I was hustled specifically by Express Benefits.

If I could give this no stars I would..worse company to work for ! When I was hired the talked about a base pay 3 days into my 1st work week they took it away. Besides that I never got my 2nd paycheck and I've been emailing these people and nothing !! Talk about scam,frauds !
