I would give ZERO stars if allowed. I'm sure her nail skills are amazing, but customer service is trash! I walked in sometime in September to get my nails done. I was told by the lady at the register/counter that the nail tech does not speak English. Ok....no problem. The lady at the counter then asked the nail tech when her next appt was. She told her in Spanish Oct 6. I understand some Spanish. She also said she was busy that day and couldn't do my nails.......even though there was no one waiting and she had no one in her chair. I asked if I could wait, and was told no because her next appt was coming. I then said the date she had next wouldn't work and I would call since I didn't have my calender. I was told that it was ok to call and schedule and was given the phone number. I called a few weeks later and spoke to the SAME lady at the counter and let her know that I wanted to make a nail appt. She asked me if I spoke Spanish. I told her no. She then said the nail tech doesn't speak English. I then said that I wanted to make an appt for Oct 22nd at 10am. She then asked me to text the appt to her phone and that date was fine. I text her 3x and never once got a response. I then called quite a bit between Oct 1st when I sent the initial text and Oct 21st. I never got an answer. I even called the day of....no answer. So now, I take my $150 elsewhere and that was JUST what I was willing to pay to get my nails done.

This place was terrible! I will never go again. When I walked in they said I didnt need an appointment, then they proceeded with my hair after I asked for a layered cut and black dye. Didnt cut my hair AT ALL ! Not even an end trimming. Then I asked for highlights and they said no so I didnt get what I asked for there. Then I asked for a doobie and they said that they didnt have the stuff to even do that for me! Then they had a huge machine for apple pay that didnt even work! Nor did they take card! I legit had to cashapp them my payment. I still tipped them because Im nice and clearly they need the money but the services was terrible! They didnt accomodate me AT ALL as a paying customer and i waited for hours for just a basic black dye and blow out. Ridiculous and a waste of time & money. I could have legit did what they did in the comfort of my own home. Service: Blowouts
