They have had our car for over two weeks. Called nobody picks up. They didnt return phone calls. When we did finally here from they said the were really busy and apologized. I get it. But two weeks with no answers...come on. Unprofessional! Update Been back Jim Althouse. Hes turned out to be one of the best mechanics we have dealt with i. Berks Co. After our first issue was rectified.
