agree with most of reviews, hard to believe this is the great university of penn, was offered an appointment in 14 months time!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely frustrated that I cannot make an appointment at Radnor until July because they do not have adequate staffing. I would appreciate being contacted as soon as I can make an appointmtent.

Called to make an appointment and my time was completely wasted. Why would you ask me why I want to be seen, ask me a series of questions, then have me provide all of my information just to tell me youre not accepting patients. Instead, you like to eat late peoples time. That should have been said when I called and said I needed to be seen. Dont go in asking this and that if you already know you wont be taking down my info I just provided. What a waste of time. Time I dont have.

This practice at Penn Medicine is a model of how all medical practices should operate. The facility is beautiful, clean, and very well organized. Everyone that I encountered- receptionists, phlebotomist, doctors, nurses, and all medical staff were warm and helpful. I felt like a respected individual- which is rare these days in medical practices. Wait times were minimal- I like they post whether the doctor is running on time or behind- to help manage expectations. I had a hysterectomy procedure and I felt I had excellent care from the entire team. Dr. Loki did my consult and Dr. Leitner performed the surgery.

Scheduling was a breeze. Rescheduling was also easy. All of the people directing you through the building, the people who check you in, receptionists, ultrasound techs & phlebotomists were all extremely helpful & friendly. They set the tone for the rest of my day because they were all so accommodating and nice. Thanks everyone for being so professional & overall great. You rock :)
