Main Line Health Urgent Care - Broomall

I went to Urgent Care in December,. I was the 3rd person in line. I wstched the reception staff mix up the forms. I sat for over 3 hours. When I tried to tell them they got nasty. While waiting one of tge staff accused me of taking pictures of her, loudly, in front of everyone in the waiting area. Some people were were required to wear masks and others not despite the sign saying everryone must. The definitely enforced it selectively. I never do these complaints on public forums, however, I made the complaint directly to Main line health in December. I was contacted and told it might take some time for review. Here it is March! Not a single return contact from them. Stay far far away from this place. Seema a mess from top to bottom.

Friendly and helpful receptionist. Short wait to see physician assistant and then very nice doctor. Waited for test results and was out the door in under an hour. I will definitely use them again.

I usually don't write negative reviews, but I left very disappointed. We took my mom on Dec 26th and we waited 3-1/2 to 4 hrs. When we finally saw doctor, she was very rude, showed no compassion at all, spent 15 minutes with us and didn't look at her chart before prescribing antibiotics. I could go one, but Thank God we followed up with our doctor next day who cancelled her prescription. I realized she was just trying to survive the day and was as exhausted as we were waiting, but we did wait 3-4 hours. The Nurses were wonderful and apologized for wait.

DO. NOT. COME. HERE. I came in to get a test done for BV. They told me they couldnt give me any meds until the test came back in 24-48 hours. When 48 hours passed, I called them and they said it can take up to 72 hours. When 72 hours passed, they said oh sometimes it can just take longer. Mind you, Ive been in pain for nearly a week, at this point. Whats the point of being Urgent Care if the care is not going to be urgent? I ended up going to another urgent care who was able to diagnose me right away, but handed me a prescription before I even left the door. Please go anywhere else but here.

I thought the service was great, especially since this is a first come first serve urgent care. Everyone was nice and knowledgable. In and out under an hour.
