Terrible company to work for. Corporate claims how “safety is number one”, but treats their safety managers poorly in comparison to other management. I was denied my full bonus my first year because they “prorated” it twice using their policies, though no such policies existed at the time. They won’t spend the money to fix safety issues, or even to properly maintain their aged equipment. The company is growing ever so top heavy in the corporate department, which causes them to keep cutting costs more and more where it counts, but turn around and use that money to hire more corporate employees/ give raises to those already at or near the top. Phoenix Services is a great example of a poorly run corporation, and it is a disgrace.
