Do not trust Scott Allard. He was unresponsive and did not update my website for over 2 years, so I refused to pay for services that were not being preformed... 2 years later (note: who lets an account go 2 years without payment? he should have addresses payment issues after 1 or 2 months?!) he shut everything down and demanded payment. I promptly paid all past due invoices and he STILL REFUSED to turn my email back on and return my website to working order. Luckily, I was able to get my website back from GoDaddy, but he refuses to turn over archived emails that are my personal property. This guy is why there are horror stories of people's domains, emails, and websites being held hostage by a web developer. Avoid using him at all costs.
