Jo at UPS Store #5102 was knowledgeable, professional and extremely personable. I was having a difficult time determining the best way to ship a package. Jo was very helpful and willing to explain my options. He's awesome!

They can't do the Amazon drop off without packaging. Which is fine I just didn't know this beforehand.
