5 stars for: offers a large variety, customer service and the employees are exceptional.
0 Star: quality of plants, and flowers, ESPECIALLY orchids. Little to no knowledge of maintenance and care. Do not buy orchids, no matter how beautiful they appear, from Lowe's. From what the employees tell me ("we get what we get") that would apply to any Lowe's. Presently, my blue orchid is on life-support. I knew it was in bad shape when I bought it, but out of 40, it was the best.
That's not high marks. Orchid care 101 tell us to plant with well aerated holes, loosely packed. Instead, these were all were jam-packed, with no air-holes. I saw rotting, dried and dead roots. If you buy an orchid here, despite following the "ice cube a week" recommendation, it will die. It's not you. Shame on Lowe's.
