        Gail Marr is tenacious. She did an incredible job with my DUI. Before I hired Young, Marr, Mallis & Associates, one attorney told me that ARD was not possible because my BAC was the highest tier, it was a 2nd lifetime offense, and I should plead guilty and expect some jail time. Gail was realistic, she said ARD was possible but not likely and it would be a tough slog. I did everything she told me to do, and she guided me through all the hearings. Long story short, I qualified for ARD! I dont know how she did it. She is on top of every detail. Calls, texts & e-mails are returned promptly, and the firms rates are reasonable. I have met some people with DUI situations similar to mine and they made out a lot worse. I highly recommend Gail and her firm. They have the experience, the connections, the knowledge and they get results.
