This seems like a depending on who you get situation..although every single person has been kind, I feel like 1 or 2 just don't want to work, or they just don't want to work with this company..idk, just my personal opinion and I've been in management so it's easy to notice

great place, they took care of my family member in the homecare, reliable staff and great customer service, truly a Gem!

Horrible service. The nurse and PT people I saw were wonderful but schedualing is a nightmare. First I was never even 'put into the computer and didn't know why' (from service coordinater!) after I was already told the day and they would come out. Now two more times they have not shown and no idea why or what happened. I was told Wednesday they would be back today (Friday)but when I called to see where they are (since it was an hour past when they said they would be here at the latest)I got told I only had nursing care 1 time a week! Uh NOOOOO it is twice a week and they know this, the nurse herself told me. PT is once a week and nurseing twice. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I will be switching companies ASAP.
