        NFH is a great program with great counselors, nurses and staff. I would give them 5 stars if their takehome policy was better. Currently you have to have 3 years clean to receive 5 takehomes and 4 years clean to receive 6 bottles!!! Which is just crazy. I just hope that they will update their policy to where you receive a new takehome after every 90 days of clean UDS's up to 6 bottles like every other program that I'm aware of.

        This place is a joke. I've had 5 counselors since I started 1.5yrs ago. They don't understand apparently that they can't help people with no built trust. I was sober for over 5yrs after my other clinic, and it's definitely time to look for a new one. They fire everyone good or they quit. This place doesn't help. They also told me I shouldn't be mad, so basically you're already invalidating my feelings about the issue...yeah that's good counseling.

        I absolutely love this clinic! The staff here are so nice, especially Dr. Danielle, Heather, Shannon, Lisa, Deesha, and Diego. My counselor Anna is so helpful and awesome to talk to. I can't express how the staff does not judge and really listens to us. I wish they had a mental health program as well.
